We are a new modern cheese shop, opening soon in Atlanta, Georgia. We search for artisan produced products with an element of tradition, that represent where they are produced as well as the commitment for excellence that the producer is striving for. Great cheese should be available to everyone, and our goal is to have something special for every customer, no matter where you are in your cheese journey.

We’re building an artisan cheese shop where you can get cheese cut to order, fresh mozzarella that is handmade daily in-store, hand-sliced cured meats, wine, bread, and specialty items. Jamón Ibérico Bellota

This dry-cured acorn-fed 100% Jamón Ibérico is truly exceptional. Its juicy meat, thanks to its marbled fat, offers a unique flavor with an astounding combination of sweet and savory notes that evoke acorns, honey, and truffle.

Salumeria Biellese Mortadella 

This traditional pork mortadella is composed of cured pork, pork fat cubes, pistachios, and seasoned with the traditional spices - black pepper and myrtle berries. 

Salumeria Biellese Coppa

A Berkshire pork shoulder is trimmed and seasoned with wine and an heirloom spice mixture. Once seasoned, it is cured and aged to achieve a natural earthy sweetness only found in a perfect Coppa.

Salumeria Biellese Prosciutto Cotto

Prosciutto Cotto (cooked prosciutto) is cured with fresh rosemary before being steam cooked and cooled. It has a wonderfully subtle rosemary finish and is the perfect addition to any meat board.

Fabrique Délices sliced Duck Prosciutto

This rich, flavorful, thinly sliced duck prosciutto has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavor as well as a satisfying texture.

Fabrique Délices Truffle Mousse

This is a delicately balanced creamy mousse of chicken livers, truffles, and Porcini mushroom marinated in sherry wine.

Comté from Fort St. Antoine

There is a humble, everyday perfection in these wheels: herbaceous and fruity, and kissed with deep, heavy cream. Aromas of hazelnuts, fried onions and spring berries shine over an undercurrent of cut grass, wet earth, and straw. 

Pecorino Maremmano from Guffanti Formaggi

This is our favorite style of Pecorino. It's a compact, hard cheese that is sweet with traces of sheep’s milk flavor. 


Sofia from Capriole 
Goat Cheese

Sofia is sweet and dense and represents everything you’ve ever wanted from a ripened goat cheese. It has a flavorless vegetable ash underneath the rind, and marbled throughout, which modifies the pH and softens that typical goat cheese tang to create a luscious and subtle flavor.

Courrone de Fontenay  from RLM

The name of this elegant cheese means "crown" as it shaped in a small crown shaped ring, with vegetable ash for a classic appearance. It has bright and lactic flavors that pairs well with a crisp rosé wine.

Rogue River Blue Cheese

Grape leaves encase this blue cheese that has a fudgy and rich texture, with calcium lactate crystals that develop with age. The taste includes pear brandy, vanilla, toffee, truffle, and fig, with pronounced “blue” flavor. This cheese won World Champion at the 2019/20 World Cheese Awards.

Mixed Carmona Olives

The Carmona mix is named for the Spanish town where the Losada family have grown and processed olives for 60 years. It combines a mix of olive varieties, resulting in a range of colors, textures and flavors in a single jar.

Honeysuckle Honey

This honeysuckle honey from Italy won the Specialty Food Association's 2016 SOFI Silver Award. It has delicate floral flavors and very smooth granulation. It pairs elegantly with chestnuts and goat cheese.

Panforte by Capella Cheese

A famous classic Italian treat - a soft and sweet cake made with honey, candied fruits, nuts, and a hint of spices.

Capella Cheese Spent Grain Crackers

This is our everyday cracker, great with all cheeses and charcuterie, or for snacking. These crackers are crafted with spent grains from SweetWater Brewery, our friendly neighbor in Atlanta, GA.
